Sales Associate
We are looking for a hungry, experienced sales rep to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a full-cycle position, responsible for prospecting through closing deals with the assistance of the Topsail team. Independent contractor with no minimum labor obligation.
Ideal candidates are experienced selling software and/or sales training. 4+ years experience required. Have experience prospecting, negotiating and closing deals. Are organized, communicate well and are highly motivated. Must live in and be eligible to work in the USA.
Commission Plan:
- 50% of first-year ARR on rep-sourced new-logo deals.
- 10% on first renewal only.
- Paid on cash collected.
- No commission after that unless separately agreed in writing.
- Comp plan may be revised prospectively for future opportunities.
Expectations:
- 4-8hrs per week.
- Must use Topsail for prospecting.
- Must use HubSpot for pipeline.
- Weekly 60min standup with Topsail leadership.
