Google Workspace Integration Terms

1. The service

Topsail is operated by Easy Company Consulting LLC. Topsail helps revenue teams manage prospecting, account development, CRM workflows, reporting, and related outreach operations. These terms apply when you connect a Google account to Topsail.

2. Eligibility and authorization

You represent that you are authorized by your organization to connect the selected Google account and grant the permissions shown during Google's consent flow. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate Google Workspace and Topsail user access.

3. Relationship to Google

Topsail is an independently developed application. Google does not operate or endorse Topsail. Your Google account and Google Workspace services remain subject to your agreements with Google.

4. Current Gmail permissions and features

When you connect Gmail, you authorize Topsail to access your basic Google account identity, send emails that you direct Topsail to send, and read Gmail messages, threads, and send-as settings. Read access is used to detect replies and delivery failures and to load your email signature. Topsail does not currently request permission to delete, modify, or label Gmail messages.

Google Calendar permissions are not requested by the current Gmail connection. If Topsail later offers a Calendar feature, you will be shown the additional Calendar permissions and can choose whether to grant them through a separate authorization step.

5. Your instructions and control

Topsail accesses Google data only to provide the connected features you or your organization enable. You control the emails you direct Topsail to send and remain responsible for their content, recipients, timing, and legality.

6. Privacy and Google user data

Our collection, use, retention, sharing, security, and deletion of Google user data are described in the Topsail Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

7. Account security

You must protect your Topsail and Google account credentials, promptly remove access for users who are no longer authorized, and notify Topsail if you suspect unauthorized use of a connected account.

8. Disconnection and termination

You may disconnect Gmail in Topsail or revoke Topsail's access from your Google Account. Disconnection stops new Google API access for that connection but does not automatically delete data already processed by Topsail. Deletion is handled under the customer's agreement, administrator instructions, the Topsail Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Google integration to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, or unlawful communications.
• Access a Google account without proper authorization.
• Upload malware or interfere with either service.
• Circumvent security, permission, or rate-limit controls.

10. Availability and liability

Google services may change, become unavailable, or impose usage limits outside Topsail's control. Warranties, liability limits, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable customer agreement. If no written agreement applies, the integration is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
