Creating a central repository for the audit information will make it much easier to perform the analysis of the audit. No scrambling to find data or worrying about whether everything is included, it’s all in one spot. Plus, everyone will know where to go to either add their information or review information that has been added. No time wasted on coordinating and sending information between team members.
